A fascinating description of life on the Gaspe Coast in 1924.
This rare old book was first written and published by Frederick J. Alcock for the Geological Survey of Canada. The surveyor wrote it as he crossed the Gaspe Peninsula.
He took his readers to places such as Mount Logan, Grand Cascapedia River, Cap Chat, Mount Albert, Ste Anne des Monts and Perce, and he shared his observations about the Coast.
This interesting document was retrieved from the forgotten sections of the public domain. It was then reformatted and digitized for downloadable content.
